"With many construction workers on site, very few are wearing masks at all, or are wearing their masks pulled down off of their nose and mouth. This is a neighborhood with elderly people and children, we are doing our best, and it is horrifying that workers are coming from out of area and not taking the minimum precaution." – Anonymous
